We do NOT store the text you submit for AI detection or humanization. Your text is processed in real time, sent to our inference models, and the results are returned to you immediately. Once your request is complete, the submitted text and generated output are permanently discarded. We have no record of your content.
Account information (such as your email and subscription status) is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. If you close your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Aggregated, anonymized usage analytics (such as total number of requests processed) may be retained indefinitely to help us improve the Services.
4. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of trusted third-party providers to operate our Services:
- Replicate — We use Replicate to run AI model inference for detection and humanization. Text you submit is sent to Replicate's infrastructure for processing and is not stored by Replicate after the request completes. Refer to Replicate's Privacy Policy for more details.
- Stripe — We use Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions securely. We do not store your full credit card number. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
